NFL: Chris Henry dies

    Sad news coming from the States this morning, The Cincinnati Bengals announced that wide receiver Chris Henry died on Thursday morning.

    Henry was involved in a accident on Wednesday, when it has been reported that Henry fell off the back of a pickup truck.

    Chris Henry was going to miss the rest of this season because he fractured his left forearm last month. Henry had a troubled five years in the NFL and was even released by the Bengals in 2007 after he was arrested for a fifth time.

    The Bengals didn’t give up on Henry and gave him a second chance when they re-signed him before the 2008 season.

    Henry had a stop start 2009 because of a hamstring injury, with him only playing 8 games this season.

    Henry will be missed by his Bengals team mates and the NFL as a whole because he was turning his life around.
